We’ve been improving our Budget Pacing module to give you better control, greater efficiency, and more insights into campaign pacing. We’ve rolled out a set of powerful updates designed to streamline your workflow and enhance decision-making.
Here’s what’s new:
1. Budget Summary & Missing Budget Insights
Now, our visual tool provides a clear Budget Summary and identifies Missing Budgets directly in the interface. This helps you quickly spot discrepancies, ensuring all campaigns are properly funded.
2. Right-Click Shortcuts for Bulk Actions
Efficiency just got an upgrade! You can now right-click on any selected row to quickly access Bulk Edit and Duplicate actions. No need to navigate through menus—just a click to streamline your budget adjustments.
3. Bulk Edit & Duplicate Enhancements
When editing multiple campaigns at once, you’ll now see:
✅ The number of rows selected for bulk actions.
✅ A live total budget calculation within the modal.
This ensures you have full visibility before applying changes.
4. Creating a New Platform ID on the Fly
Previously, you could only add a Platform ID via the “Add Row” option at the bottom of the page. Now, you can create a new Platform ID directly in the Budget Pacing interface, making the process smoother and more flexible.
5. Smarter Optimization with Cached Summary Data
To improve speed and reliability, we’ve introduced a cache-based data system for summary and missing budget data. This means faster loading times and a more seamless experience when navigating your budgets.
6. HubSheets: Export Budget Data with More Flexibility
Need to analyze your budgets in Google Sheets? HubSheets allows you to securely extract budget data in different views, making it easier to import directly into Google Sheets for advanced reporting and collaboration.
